• Identify and manage raw materials (codes, batch numbers, categories, production characteristics, etc.); replace materials as required.
• Understand the entire production process and product lines of Tianhai Company; be familiar with the features and standards of assigned products.
• Develop production plans based on customer orders, monitor order progress, expedite production, and review production schedules.
• Track the progress and status of each order, proactively identify potential issues, and resolve them in advance.
• Communicate and coordinate with customers in a timely manner.
• Monitor semi-finished and finished goods inventory, adjust dyeing plans appropriately to minimize stock.
• Follow up on customers’ payment status and communicate promptly with the responsible customer representative.
• Track export progress of orders and collect customs documents.
• Comply with workplace safety regulations and standards.

During training in China:

• Intensive training in a modern industrial environment

• Graduated from university (any major welcome)
• Under 26 years old
• Have strong English communication skills
• Attend training in China for 6 months to 1 year, then return to work at the factory in Vietnam.
• Possess good memory, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Time-conscious and strong in work planning.
